In a shootout with a combined Delhi Police and Bihar Police squad in Rohini, four wanted offenders who were reportedly implicated in several murder cases in Bihar were murdered, according to police.
The encounter happened on the night of Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21 and 22, 2025. According to a senior police officer, the accused had been hiding in Delhi for a number of days when the joint squad began their operation to find them.

Police have named the deceased criminals as Bihar residents Ranjan Pathak, Vimlesh Mahto, Manish Pathak, and Aman Thakur. They were wanted for a number of terrible crimes, including extortion and multiple killings.
The accused reportedly fired at the target during the operation.
