The Human Rights Anti-Corruption Forum (HRACF), a national organization dedicated to justice, good governance, and the protection of human rights, proudly honoured Major Vishnu S.P., Under Secretary at the National Human Rights Commission of India (NHRC), on 17th April 2025, for his unwavering dedication to upholding constitutional values, institutional transparency, and human dignity.
