Bengaluru :Advocate Jagadesh K N Mahadev was arrested by police on Sunday in connection with a riot in the city civil court premises .
Lawyer Vivek Subba Reddy’s delegation on Saturday filed a complaint with Police Commissioner Kamal Pant alleging misconduct in the court premises.
The first ACMM judge has ordered the 14-day judicial custody of lawyer Jagadesh K N Mahadev.
Bengaluru City police, who had arrested lawyer Jagadish, had appeared before the Koramangala Magistrate. The first ACMM judge, who has been on trial, has ordered a 14-day judicial custody.
The case was filed by the Bangalore Lawyers Association. Jagdish was arrested on Sunday morning at his home in Kodigehalli.
The Advocate Association on Saturday lodged a complaint with the Police Commissioner. The Bengaluru Lawyers’ Association has taken all the incidents of the past two days seriously.
