New Delhi –Fireworks sales in Delhi have fallen completely. The Delhi High Court said on Monday that even those who wish to use fireworks outside the national capital are not allowed to buy or sell fireworks inside Delhi.
The 53 fireworks manufacturers and traders have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking permission to go out and sell or sell fireworks at the fireworks dealer. The High Court held that the National Green Tribunal and the Supreme Court would not review the fireworks prohibition order and the guidelines.
In this context, buying fireworks in Delhi from outside the city or buyers of good weather in Delhi is a clear violation of the Supreme Court ruling. The High Court has directed the petitioners to go to the Supreme Court for clarification. In this backdrop, the petitioners have withdrawn their application in the High Court.
