Jamtara: Prakalp app launched by Jharkhand government and police department to curb cyber crime has started proving effective in Jamtara. Based on this, Jamtara police has raided and arrested six cyber criminals. Police have recovered 16 mobiles, 21 SIM cards, 4 ATM cards and three motorcycles from the arrested cyber criminals.
Cyber criminals arrested from Karmatand police station area: Jamtara cyber police station has caught six cyber criminals red-handed by raiding Birajpur and Sitakata villages of Karmatand police station area of Jamtara, which is considered to be the stronghold of cyber. Jamtara SP Animesh Naithani has confirmed the arrest of cyber criminals. SP said that on secret information, the police team raided Birajpur and Sita Kata villages of Karmatand police station area. The cyber criminals caught in Google used to commit cyber fraud by giving mobile numbers in the name of customer care of various companies, are quite clever. Their method of cheating is also quite vicious. The arrested cyber criminal had entered fake mobile numbers of customer care of various e-commerce companies in Google. These vicious criminals used to call customer care, download Any Desk Quick Support app, get the confidential information of all the banks of the concerned person and carry out cyber fraud. On receiving information about this, the SP had formed a team.
So far, 10 people have been defrauded. According to the information received from the police, the caught cyber criminals have so far made 10 people victims of cyber fraud. The police is scanning the mobile phones of cyber criminals so that more information can emerge. The caught cyber criminals used to commit cyber crimes by deceiving people by giving their fake mobile numbers at various places in Google and YouTube.
Cyber thugs were sent to jail after registering a case: SP said that case number 62/23 has been registered against the caught cyber criminals in the cyber police station under sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 of Indian Penal Code and A case has been registered under 66 BCD IT Act and sent to Jamtara jail.
प्रतिबिंब ऐप साबित हुआ कारगर, जामताडा़ में छह साइबर आपराधी गिरफ्तार
जामताड़ा: झारखंड सरकार और पुलिस विभाग द्वारा साइबर अपराध पर लगाम लगाने को लेकर लॉन्च किया गया प्रतिबिंब ऐप जामताड़ा में कारगर साबित होने लगा है. इसके आधार पर जामताड़ा पुलिस ने छापेमारी कर छह साइबर अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. गिरफ्तार साइबर अपराधियों के पास से पुलिस ने 16 मोबाइल, 21 सिम कार्ड, 4 एटीएम कार्ड और तीन मोटरसाइकिल बरामद किया है.
करमाटांड़ थाना क्षेत्र से हुई साइबर अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी :जामताड़ा साइबर थाना की पुलिस ने साइबर के गढ़ माने जाने वाले जामताड़ा के करमाटांड़ थाना क्षेत्र के बिराजपुर और सीताकाटा गांव में छापेमारी कर रंगेहाथ छह साइबर अपराधियों को धर दबोचा है. साइबर अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी की पुष्टि जामताड़ा एसपी अनिमेष नैथानी ने की है. एसपी ने बताया कि गुप्त सूचना पर पुलिस टीम ने करमाटांड़ थाना क्षेत्र के बिराजपुर और सीता काटा गांव में छापेमारी की. जिसमें पुलिस को यह सफलता मिली है.
गूगल में विभिन्न कंपनियां के कस्टमर केयर के नाम पर मोबाइल नंबर देकर करते थे साइबर ठगी पकड़े गए साइबर अपराधी काफी शातिर हैं. इनका ठगी का तरीका भी काफी शातिराना है. गिरफ्तार साइबर अपराधी गूगल में विभिन्न ई-कॉमर्स कंपनियों के कस्टमर केयर का फर्जी मोबाइल नंबर डाल रखा था. कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करते थे ये शातिर अपराधी एनी डेस्क क्विक सपोर्ट ऐप डाउनलोड कराकर संबंधित व्यक्ति के सारे बैंक की गोपनीय जानकारी प्राप्त कर लेते थे और साइबर ठगी को अंजाम देते थे. इसकी सूचना मिलने पर एसपी ने टीम गठित की थी.
अब तक 10 लोगों को लगा चुके हैं चूना पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पकड़े गए साइबर अपराधियों ने अब तक 10 लोगों को साइबर ठगी का शिकार बनाया है. पुलिस साइबर अपराधियों के मोबाइल खंगाल रही है, ताकि और भी जानकारी निकलकर सामने आए. पकड़े गए साइबर अपराधी गूगल में, यू-ट्यूब में विभिन्न जगहों पर अपना फर्जी मोबाइल नंबर देकर लोगों को झांसा देकर साइबर अपराध को अंजाम देते थे.
मामला दर्ज कर साइबर ठगों को भेजा गया जेल: एसपी ने बताया कि पकड़े गए साइबर अपराधियों के विरुद्ध साइबर थाना में कांड संख्या 62/23 अंकित करते हुए भादवी की धारा 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 के तहत और 66 बीसीडी आईटी एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जामताड़ा जेल भेज दिया है.
