Do you know how many students quit because of this policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Divisional Bench of the High Court challenged the state government.<br \/>\n<strong>Is there a mandate in national education policy?<\/strong><br \/>\nCan Kannada learning be made compulsory for foreign students? Is Kannada mandatory in higher education? The High Court questioned the government.<\/p>\n<p>The state government&#8217;s advocate told the High Court that there is an opportunity to encourage Kannada language learning.
