Hon’Ble Justice Aravind Kumar<\/strong> – Karnataka High Court judge is designated as the 31st Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court. The three-member board made out of Chief Justice of India NV Ramana, Justice UU Lalit and Justice AM Khanwilkar – needed to top off opportunities in the legal executive framework, alongside the eight heights, five current Chief Justices and 28 appointed authorities of High Courts are transferred. Justice RM Chhaya resumed responsibility as acting Chief Justice of Gujarat HC on September 3rd, 2021. Also Hon’Ble Justice Aravind Kumar will resume his responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Aravind Kumar<\/strong>: Enrolled in the year 1987 as Advocate and was showing up in Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts, Appellate Tribunals for around 4 years and moved practice to High Court was selected as Additional Central Government Standing Counsel at High Court of Karnataka in the year 1999, also Selected as Member of Regional Direct Taxes Advisory Committee in the year 2002. Apart from these he had also additionally been rehearsing on Taxation side, Selected as Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department & Selected as Assistant Solicitor General of India in the year 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was in the Legal Advisor to different Statutory Corporations and Companies and had been selected as Special Public Prosecutor for Central Bureau of Investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raised as Additional Judge, High Court of Karnataka on 26-6-2009 and as long-lasting Judge on 07-12-2012.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
