The Human Rights Anti-Corruption Forum (HRACF)<\/strong>, a national organization dedicated to justice, good governance, and the protection of human rights, proudly honoured Major Vishnu S.P., Under Secretary at the National Human Rights Commission of India (NHRC), on 17th April 2025, for his unwavering dedication to upholding constitutional values, institutional transparency, and human dignity.<\/p>\n

The felicitation took place at the HRACF\u2019s Delhi Headquarters, under the leadership of Mr. Mudasir Ahmad Naikoo, President of HRACF, and Mr. Adil Mustafa Bhat, Secretary HRACF<\/strong>. The event was attended by notable dignitaries, legal professionals, youth leaders, human rights defenders, and representatives from civil society organizations across the country.<\/p>\n

A Life of Service: From the Battlefield to the Bureaucracy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Major Vishnu S.P., a distinguished veteran of the Indian Armed Forces, has transitioned his commitment to national service into civil administration with great integrity. As Under Secretary at the NHRC, he has been instrumental in drafting key reports, overseeing sensitive investigations, and ensuring swift redressal of human rights grievances, particularly in cases involving vulnerable communities, custodial rights, and policy enforcement.<\/p>\n

His exemplary conduct in both military and bureaucratic spheres makes him a symbol of patriotism, discipline, and ethical governance.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Mr. Mudasir Ahmad Naikoo, President of HRACF,<\/strong> said:<\/p>\n
