Also, the High Court has ordered to provide the reservation list by November 26.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing of the case was held by a divisional bench of the High Court today, on the back of the delay in the election of urban local bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Chief Secretary (Urban Development) Rakesh Singh attended the High Court. He informed the High Court on behalf of the state government that we will issue a notification of reservation by Nov 26.<\/p>\n<p>Advocates for the Election Commission told the court that if the reservation notification is issued by November 26, elections will be held by the end of December.<\/p>\n<p>The court recorded these statements and directed the city local bodies to complete the election process by December 30.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bengaluru: The High Court has given notice to the state government of Karnataka to complete the process of election of urban local bodies by December 30.
